The Workers Bill of Rights

We as the labor for your financial endeavors hereby acknowledge equality between us in these preliminary ways:

  • If you want 2 weeks notice, you will have to give 2 weeks notice before letting go any employee
  • Every employee will have to be a member of a mandatory union. If the union finds wrongdoing of employee, then the union will discharge the employee of their duties. Employers will NOT "fire" anyone ever again. If wrongdoing is found on behalf of the employer, they shall be fined, paid to the union and the employee allowed to keep their job
  • We shall now be compensated for such job related expenses such as:
    •  a vehicle or means to get to the job site. This includes passes for public transportation
    •  work clothing 
    •  time we take to get to the jobsite. Get out of bed and punch in for the shift

  •  If you require 3 references, the potential employee must be guaranteed to speak to no less than 3 previous employees of that position or department. With one of them being the direct supervisor of said employee or employee position. These interviews will happen without fear of reprisal so candid responses can be given
Labor is very hard to do. This is why you can't do it yourself. It is to be respected
